PDA Spell

This is the no-context, delegation-oriented PDA prompt.

Use it when:

• there is no shared PDA context
• you want to canonicalize a task before handing it to another agent
• the goal is delegation-ready task form more than live collaborative descent

Do not hand the agent the raw task.

First canonicalize it:

1. identify hidden assumptions and unresolved policy,
2. separate what is required from what is optional,
3. remove distinctions that do not affect implementation,
4. make remaining choices explicit,
5. then produce a concise implementation-ready task statement.

Equivalent short form:

Before giving the task to the agent, refine the task statement until hidden assumptions and policy choices are explicit, irrelevant distinctions are removed, and the remaining formulation determines a clear implementation path.
